Each Secret of Youth tea bag is for at least 1000ml of boiling water (depends on how you brew the tea).

And yes, we do this on purpose so you can drink up throughout the day to keep your metabolism revving up!

Pour boiling water over the tea bag in a thermal flask or a large mug with a lid and enjoy your first sip after 20-30 minutes, or longer for a more potent infusion. For iced tea, cool then refrigerate.

To extract the full flavours and benefits of the herbs, we love brewing our teas in thermos or teapots. You can also leave the teapot on a pot warmer for a more potent brew.
